I have been a Cell c client for a very long time, and like any long relationship I have had my ups and downs. I particularly dread the call centre experience.
However I have to acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received from Raeez at the Cell C Fourways he went beyond customer service effortlessly, not just with me but customers around me too. He assisted with genuine interest and patience. He's product knowledge was on ball and he had solutions on the spot.
An awesome young man with a bright future ahead... Keep Going!!!
