Sent an email to [Email Removed] requesting a contract (which has already run more than the minimum period) to be canceled - as instructed by their call centre.
No response yet. Also, following another call I was informed that I will not be receiving a response AND that it will take 30 working days to process. What?!?!!
I can see where this is heading. It will take forever to cancel this contract and get the debit order stopped.
