I ordered a WiFi modem which took over 2 weeks longer than promised to deliver. I eventually got it but then realised I did not need the the product due to personal reasons. So within the 7 days I cancelled it. They agreed to cancellation and said they would collect it with in 7-14 day, this was 06/12/12. I called every week after the inital 14 days and it was collected on 24.01.13 (almost 2 months later). I then called to find out about receiving my refund for the money that was debit off my account for Dec and to ensure the debit order was cancelled so it did not get deducted again. I was told they would phone me in 24hrs to confirm this and I would receive an sms with a reference. so having not received any such call/ sms I went onto their fb page and complained. I was told to e-mail my details which I duely did. I then received a call from customer services that night and ws advised that they would follow up in the morning, which of course they never did. So 2 days later I send an e-mail stating again no response. I then get a reply saying that it was escualted to the highest level and the same feedback was received there fore matter is closed!! i would love to know how
