Good day, I had an issue that was eventually resolved. However, I sent a complaint (as I was instructed to do so by the call centre consultant) and have yet to receive any kind of answer because it took far too long to resolve my query. I also asked repeated that you DO NOT PHONE ME as I want everything in writing so that it's clear, yet I've had numerous calls that I will not answer. On Saturday 20 April I received this reference number 3042000338. Please can you find my complaint and email me (DO NOT PHONE ME) a response as to why my query was handled so badly? Three different consultants gave me three different stories, I had to phone far too many times, waste far too many hours on hold for a consultant because Cellc experiences high call volumes all day. I am really not happy about how it was handled and the lack of concern when I asked how to lay a complaint. Is this how all customers are treated?
