Once again MTN has overbilled me. For November and December 2012 and January 2013, I have been billed R481, 35 for my contract which is not what I'm meant to be paying each month. The Corporate Deal is meant to be R400, 85 per month which Charl Louw confirmed.
I have the Corporate specials saved for when I took out the contract, and am more than willing to send it to show you what I'm meant to be billed.
I have complained numerous times about this billing issue and it's about time that MTN corrected it permanently.
