So we upgrade our contract in March from a Top Up to a casual chat 100. I never ever finish my 100 minutes every month so they carry over to the next month. Despite this Cell C still bills me the R175 airtime i was getting on my top up. After months of calls to customer service they finally credit me for all the months i was billed extra. But guess what after they credit me they continue billing me the R175 airtime all over again. The intelligent customer service agents tell me R175 is because i used up my 100 minutes provided, when in actual fact i NEVER EVER FINISH THESE MINUTES. Stop billing me for airtime i dont receive!!!
