Both of these queries have not been dealt with and the "case id closed"

My original complaint was
Cancellation fee

For purposes of section 14 (3), a reasonable credit or charge as contemplated in section 14 (4)(c) may not exceed 10% of the amount which would have been payable by the consumer for the remainder of the intended fixed term, excluding interest, if any.

Please advise why the cancellation penalty is 75% of airtime and not 10% of airtime as stipulated in the act?

I agree with the handset fee
The airtime fee should be 10% of 86.84 x 13 months.
