I have assisted my mother on three occasions to cancel subscriptions to "rubbish" that appears on her cell phone account without any authorisation. Cell C maintain that my mother "must have subscribed" to these services, whilst I know full well that this untrue.
If it happened once, it could be deemed an oversight, but three times is a conspiracy.
How is this possible in a world where you have to prove you are who you say you are with documents and fingerprints, but Cell C can authorise a third party that sells rubbish, to collect subscriptions from their clients cell phone accounts.
I have lost all faith in Cell C as a service provider and it is clear that their customers are vulnerable to extortion.
