This has been an on going issue I have had with Cell C since January 2013. The consistent suspension of my account I THINK has been sorted out - thanks very much - HOWEVER in April this year Cell C listed me in error on the ITC which caused both my homeloan AND car finance to be declined. I received a letter from Cell C apologising and promising this would be cleared. I have managed to get the car finance but the homeloan was declined AGAIN. Why? Cell C has NOT cleared me as promised AND because declining of finance has affected my ITC rating due to the many "hits". I now cannot get a homeloan. I have NEVER been declined finance so this has reflected very badly on my good credit rating and name as well as I cannot purchase my property. The response I get from Customer Services is "Your account is in arrears why would we not list you and why should we clear you? ". When I mention the letter no one is aware of it - it is not even on my record and I was asked to find this letter and send to them or call ITC because I must have defaulted on something else - which is a slate on my personally. I want this sorted out immediately - are you aware of the damaged you have caused???
