I need to phone in every month to ask Autopage to take my debit order.

My debit order is set for the 28th and every month i need to phone by the 1st, 2nd.

WHY???

Debit orders are suppose to go off from your account when set. all my debit orders are set for the same date and they all go off at midnight but why not Autopage?

please fix this
