We are still waiting for a response on our progress for adsl line. the previous time we moved we had the same issues. now a year later its the same.
sending emails - response that the technical department is notify and somebody will phone me. 3 days later and no one has phoned me.
can it be possible that in a years time that the client service is still the same.
it will be nice if someone can just let me know.
it more than 10 working days now.
