Reported my ADSL now 4 times every time get sad story and they will get a specialist in to look at but alas it feels like the old dial up modems would be faster and before I forget always get we will get back to you HA what a joke. They never do. So I pay for service that I do not get is this maybe breach of contract? I don't know I am no lawyer. Could some one help me with a contact or Manager one could contact that is worth his money? And do me not get started on the noise when I want to use the phone. Is this the the type of standard we have to get use to?
