NEVER in my life have I ever come across such rude and disrespectful managers in my life, that dont give a about customer service, Its diabolical They all have no answer and promise call backs that never happen, I started calling on Friday because I wanted a paid up letter Between Edcon and MBD they had to do a reversal on my account So that I can get this my paid up letter after talking to Carol, Fikile, Sithembile. Eric, Nolwazi, Sithembile Again, Marrianne and Alfred in between I asked to speak to a manager cause the customer service consultants either were rude or didn't not honor they promise to get back to me, I then was handed over to someone Called Prenisha Sing who identified herself as the manager of the Edcon Dept, Boy was this a mistake of my life She was more rude then the Agents She kept on telling me unfortunately I cant help you, You Can stay on this phoe the whole day I still wont help you cause the system are down, When I threatened to drive she said so be it you be waiting your time after that she dropped the phone on me, I called again and asked to be put directly through to her when I asked for her managers name she then dropped the call again I'm disgusted
