Today is the 3 December my above complaint was placed on the 17 october its more then 2 months now and i have recieved absolutely no response from Cell c the lady by the name of Busi should have called me already but no response how disgusting can you service actually be all the apologise cannot make up for you poor service and the lack of proffesnalism. For the life of me i am still trying to understand how such a company could opperate no values no service and obviously does not give a damm about the customers. I am still waiting on a response after 2 months which actually shows me that there is no way that i will be recievieng any help from you guys which means i should find other ways and means of exposing how horrible Cell c is that no one should do any bussiness with them as there bussiness ethics are appoling and no one should be able to opperate and have dealing or offer a service to any human being once again Cell c you ..!!!
