E-mail from Bernard Smit after I've complaint about sudden high Data Bill. I did learn that they did it two months ago as well, and so, the credit they need to make to my bank account is thus more than I thought. I am not happy with only half of the amount as I will not pay for the errors of his staff. He personally assisted me after Vodaworld made so many errors and then he turns around and cannot remember anything, passing the buck. And the reason for not responding after our telecom and he said he will sort out and come back the same day... after two weeks is; " I was on leave'... Many more e-mails full of empty promises... Problems ever since...

The internet usage is valid and used by the tablet.
We are willing to do half the usage as good grace due to you getting the bad service.
If you are not willing to accept the good grace then you will be liable for the entire bill.
Unfortunately if this is not paid your lines will be suspended you will be listed as a slow payer and then eventually black listed.
