IPhone 5 Personal hotspot

I recently got the iPhone 5 on a 2 YEAR contract with 8ta only to find out a month later that they DO NOT SUPPORT the Personal Hotspot feature that comes standard with the phone. When I applied for the contract there was no mention about this not working.

I need this feature!!! I have had many iPhones with other networks that worked fine.

What is 8ta doing about this?

Please get this fixed as I cannot go 2 Years without it
