I have a prepaid MTN cell phone and since 3 months ago I could not renew my BIS. They do deduct the R60 from my airtime but nothing is working. Bbm, whatsup and email not workking. When I called them today they said this number is linked to a nashua mobile contract and I never had such a contract. I went to nashua and my number is not linked to their system.
I want MTN to fix my BIS and refund the previous 2 months R60 which I paid for nothing. You force me to change networks.
