No response to Account Cancellation

On the 18.03.13 i sent an email to cancel my data contract with Neotel on the 19.03.13 i received a reply that a termination request has been sent through. with Query reference number: SREQ_74718474. I received yesterday an account statement that they will debit my account again this month. So two months later i call into the call centre after waiting 15min i finally spoke to Shepard (REF NO: FCR115281607) advised me that the account is still not cancelled as they tried to call me with no success.
So can you tell me when is this ACCOUNT WILL BE CANCELLED??
AND IT IS NOT MY DAM FAULT YOU DID NOT CALL. If you did call and could not get a hold of me then i want the call recordings sent to me.
I WOULD LIKE A REFUND!!!
I expect immedate feedback or i will be taking this matter much furthe
