Hi logged a call thru customer service call number: 20130204003190. They state they offer a turn-around time of 12 hours, well after about 24 I called there call center and spoke to someone that promised me to phone me in the hour, yet after 2 hours I am still waiting and now when I try to contact there call center after about 15min on hold nobody answers my call.
