I am cancelling my hosting with Webafrica. My experience so far has not been good with this company. I requested a SSL certificate to be installed and this took 2 weeks to complete. Then they set it up and my website did not load properly. Nobody explained to me I had to go into admin panel to sort this out. The service and the lack of response has been bad. Why do I need to call this company to sort out problems on my website.
Now I told them I want to cancel my account. Guess what today is 3 December and I need to pay for january as well as 1 and 2 december fell on the weekend. I called them on Friday 30 November and nobody called me back to resolve this problem. No I must pick up the bill for incompetence. I thought this company was different just disappointed now as I have an educational site.
