I complained months ago about my phone going in for repairs and nothing being repaired on the handset. The only thing that was mentioned was the battery and charger.
Phone was kept for 3 and a half weeks and when returned was not working as before.
I have managed to send it in again only to now be told that there is damage to the phone.
Seen as it was not working when it was returned it could only have been damaged at the repair centre.
I am now being told that it is for my account.
How ludicrous is this service to a Vodacom customer of 16 years.
Non of my handsets have EVER had damage to them.
I am totally dumbfounded at the treatment received.
