I've had a Saver 1 contract for over a year now & now all of a sudden all my top-up prepaid purchases have been recorded as out of bundle Contract 1 purchases that they want me to pay for! I keep getting smses to say that they will debit R1600 off of my bank account, what the!!!
Its been 3 weeks with me calling their call center logging queries & getting multiple reference numbers & empty promises that someone will call me back & that my bill will be corrected BUT NOTHING!!! How dishonest, the worst service ever & VERY UNETHICAL to try & make me pay double for the same airtime!
My contract is due for an upgrade in June that definitely will never happen!
