2 months after I first received my cellphone, I didn't receive my R200 air time like I am supposed to. Last month (November) I didn't receive air time again...
I phoned customer care and the lady that 'helped' me was very rude. She was annoyed by the fact that she had to phone my mother (seeing as she is the account holder. I am currently a student). She finally phoned my mother and hung the phone up in the end. After 9 days of struggle and extremely long waits (30-60min) for customer care to talk with me (phoned 111), I finally received my airtime.

This month is just a repeat of last month!! Again I didn't receive any air time and even worse I can't load air time at all. They just apologize because they know people expect that from them. But yet I sit with the same problem for the third time!!! Nobody ever gives us a reason as to why the problem persists. They only resolve the problem, not the cause of it.
