Wrong ref no by agent but no one rectified afte

On the 2nd of October I Phn the call centre to ask why the d/o never taken funds the guy I spoke to was not sure I asked if they can debit again he said no I must pay by hand he gave me pnp ref no and nedbank I went yo pay on the 4th was given email and fax no to forward my receipts which I did kept Phn every night to see if receipted, round about the 20th they said all is well the ref no that was given to me Is 92355000000004837249 and it was sms'ed to me on the 2/10 to 0835954682 and my contract Cell no is 0842605058 And according to my Oct statement my ref no is 92355000001119642259
