THIS IS THE SECOND HELLO PETER POST FOR THE SAME COMPLAINT!!
I HAD AN ISSUE WHEREBY THE BRANCH CAPTURED MY DETAILS INCORRECTLY AND POSTED MY COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER BECAUSE I HAD NO HELP FROM THE BRANCH
I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER I LOGGED A COMPLAINT AND THE CONSULTANT EMAILED ME 2 WEEKS AGO SAYING MY REFUND WILL BE DONE NO LATER THAN LAST TUESDAY AND TO DATE, NO REFUND WAS DONE!!! I EMAILED THE CONSULTANT WHO ASSISTED ME AND NO RESPONSE! HOWS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE???
IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY I CAN HAVE THIS SORTED OUT?? ITS BEEN NEARLY A MONTH SINCE THIS HAPPENED AND JUST NO JOY FROM VODACOM!!
