WATCH OUT FOR UNAUTHORISED DEBITS!!!

At the beginning of October 2013 we went to MTN in the Pavillion, Westville for a data upgrade. What a BIG mistake!!! On this day, all our trouble with MTN started.
We received a Wi-Fi modem which we agreed to PLUS sooo much more that we did not even ask for or agreed to.
All of a sudden we have a subscription on our MTN account for Mira Network at a cost of R7 per day. Yet, MTN have absolutely no recollection or any idea what Mira Network stand for or better yet, what service they provide. However, it is in black and white on their monthly statement and invoice. Nor, can they tell us how we subscribed to this service, but they can tell us when it was done.

All we can say, if this is the kind of service MTN proudly provides then their is something seriously wrong.

Lastly, our advice to any MTN client is as follows: CHECK YOUR MONTHLY INVOICE AND STATEMENT.
