I have had 4 technicians coming in to 'sort' my telkom line out. Each time saying its a different piece of equipment which is being used. They said its my adsl router (which has now been disconnected) then it was my cordless phone (which has been disconnected). My phone is still dead, but get a SMS to say that the fault has been rectified.
I have just called telkom and the consultant says that I have been charged call out fees for each technician and he picked up that there was a fault on the line when he ran a test.
I need a working landline and charges reveresed for theses call outs which has been apparently due to my equipment. Somebody please help
