I bought promotional 100 megabytes data-bundles on 25/11/13 and today (28/11/13) both for R29 totaling R58, and I did this online on FNB Internet banking. On both occasions, my bank account was debited with R29, but I never received the bundles. I've been calling the 100 customer service number, and I'm not winning as I can't talk to a consultant, but rather have to listen to voice-prompts. I want my money credited back into my bank account and a gesture of 200 complementary megabytes for the inconvenience I suffered.
