Call in to Telkom Customer Care Center (081180) with the intention of getting information on their mobile product and services, I was informed by Nobuntu Nqadeni (a supervisor) that I would need to walk into one of their stores to get the info I needed (on mobile pricing, & products).
How ironical that a parastatal communications company would require a customer to walk into a store to
get such basic information. What age are they operating in. Unbelievable!
