I have sent in a phone for repairs under warrantee, the phone after 3 weeks was returned and was still not working, phone was sent back again and after another 3 weeks there is no answer as to where the phone is or what was done to it.
Just really off by the attitude of the call centre staff and the non-challant attitude to a long time customer Altech big time, I will not be re-nwing my contract with them or be doing business of any kind with them going forward.
