In the time that I have been with Telkom (mobile & ADSL) I have been really unhappy. So unhappy that I had contacted MWEB to switch over and change my service provider. I have had endless problems with Telkom up until now. Not only did I have an issue with how much more expensive they are than their competition, I also found that the accounts department has always been a bit "behind" as I always have to call them to correct my bill. All that said, I would like to compliment Telkom this time around for making my life easier. Not only did a gentleman phone me in my notice period (a few days before my move to MWEB) to offer me a significant discount in my monthly premium, but a lady in the accounts department also made sure that a credit that was due to me this month was actioned without me having to call and complain about it not being done. This is the service I expect and I have to say that I'm sooo glad Telkom got it right this time around. Please keep it up!! I'll always support a company that supports me! Well done chaps! I wish I took those two people's names down so that I could compliment them personally.
