PAY AS YOU GO ITEMISED BILLING

I have asked MTN for 4 days now, just for a statment of my itemised billing on my pay as you go. They said that this is not possible, and that there was forms to complete. I did this, without any luck yet. I then had a look at vodacom, and registered my pre-paid phone on the vodacom webiste, and 2 minutes later i requested this, and this was e-mail to me within 5 seconds. Cost R10.00 for 30 days statement. Why am I struggling so much to get a statment from MTN. If they say that this is against the law, but Vodacom can do this? I am seriously thinking of moving to Vodacom. This is pathetic. I have tried the mtn shop in cape town, call centre, e-mail, as well as Facbook, no luck.
