I have a Cell C top up contract with Cell C that I was very happy with until they decided to add Cell C get it service to my account without me knowing. I called them to cancel and also left a message on their web site to cancel the service because I don't Want it and they told me it will be done but they didn't cancel it. I came and left a message here on hello Peter website and I was sent an sms to say that it will be cancelled and that was two month ago.
Can you Cell C people stop deducting my money and cancel your service that I don't find it useful to me? please stop annoying me as I already decided to move to another network as soon as my top up service has ended.
Can somebody please do something? Please stop helping yourself with my money that I work very hard to feed my family.
