I placed a complain here on hellopeter and about vodacoms of exchanging my new phone for an old scratched phone. The agent from Vodacom called me a week ago saying he will conduct an investigation then call me back. This the second week waiting for the verdict of the investigation but he has not called as in yet and I am still suffering without a proper phone because I am still waiting for vodacoms response in this matter.
