On the 26th November i bought R30 MTN airtime around 19:00, after 15min i was left with R4.00, I didnt make any phone calls, i had just use it on my whatsup for like 10min, i tried calling MTN since, 19:30 and they kept on hanging my line, was only able to get hold of them at 1am. the following day i recharge with a total of amount R90, by the time i went to bed i was left with R1. i called MTN again, they gave me stupid excuses like all the smart phone consume lot of airtime, i even called 083 1555, the guy who was helping me was extremely rude and not helping at all, he didn't even say goodbye and just hangup, i will never recommend MTN to anyone and am changing my network to a better service provider, having MTN is a waste of time when its comes to billing. buying 1G is bull cause its doesn't last even 15 Day's. MTN is . am done with them.
