Please tell me what I can do from my side to make a successful call from start to finish without disconnecting. Sometimes once but more often more than once. I would like to challenge Cell C in providing me a statement indicating my drop call rate and more their whole network's rate. I know these figures are available since I worked in the industry.
I average about 30 calls a day of which 90% plus ends in being dropped and not disconnected. This is extremely irritating and my customers are constantly complaining.
Come on Cell C. Show your hand.
