Bad Service vs Good Service

On November 19th (Tuesday), my brother and I had gone to the Cell C store at Chatsworth Centre as he wished to upgrade his contract and take an additional contract as well.

Upon arrival we sought help from an attendant named Kiran. He was very rude, he did not answer any of our questions and instead told us to decide and then come back to him as he was very busy.
We decided to phone a friend for some advice and then went back to sign the contract.
Although my brother already had a contract, Kiran asked him to get bank statements and then fill in the application forms.
After having filled out everything, he then told us that there was no stock of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and S3 Mini in white. We asked him to call another branch, which he did not, and he said there was no stock in any branch in Durban.
We thanked him and left as he said he will call us on Friday when the stock arrives.

We decided to call the Cell C branch in Shallcross where the assistant named Wesley had told us there was stock of both the phones, and both in white!
Upon arrival at that branch Wesley, extremely pleasant and helpful, had helped us and in no more than 15 minutes we had the phones in our hands.
