I have been into the N1 City branch twice in the last two weeks, and on the previous occasion asked that they order in the phone for me. As I had not heard from them I went in again only to be told still no stock? I was
already dissapointed at the changes made with regard to the top ups and new phones, as I think that we are a part of the market not being considered, but decided to stick with Cell C anyway. Only problem is no-one has stock (the sales people advised me of this so I could not go to another store) so I am unable to upgrade. I think this is bad service considering they cannot even confirm when they will be getting in stock and what they will be getting. How do I know when I can eventually go into store and come out a satisfied customer?
