From the 5th Nov to 9th Nov 2012 I spent exactly 28hrs, in total, on hold for assistance with cancelling my Subscription. I then tracked down an email address for Customer Services and sent them an email requesting my Subscription be cancelled and I provided my Credit card details to settle the last issues, 60-63. I immediately received a response from the email saying they could not accept my Credit/Debit details via email and I should contact the Customer Call Centre immediately. I responded with my whole story etc and was given the excuse 'we are experiencing high call volumes'. On the 19th Dec my credit card was billed R319-80. Of course nobody answered the telephone so once again I emailed, I received a reply from Bernadette Horsley stating they did not have record of my call to cancel my subscription hence they continued to bill me. As I have not received any of the products I requested a refund on my Card. Bernadette informed me a refund could not be processed. After many emails back and forth, I insist I should be refunded but I have yet to be. On the 25th of Jan 2013 I have been once again billed an additional R319-80, for what I have no idea. Please correct this.
