No network coverage - 8ta

In Nov I took out a 8ta data contract at Walker dr Telkom. I had just spent in excess of R4000 on an internet phone system that would let me keep my tel number should I relocate. At no point was I alerted to the fact that 8ta has limited or no coverage in some areas. The 8ta Network worked fine in Ben Kamma when I tested it. I relocated to Walmer Heights and have since not been able to connect to the internet, nor make or receive any telephone calls - and I run a home business! I contacted the call cntre and was told to go to Walmer Park Telkom shop for assistance. Well, Tersius at this outlet could not be less interested to help me. He shoved a cancellation form over to me and told me to complete it and fax it (like I have a phone line to fax from!) as they don't deal with cancellations. I called the call cntre again from my cell phone (which call was not free) and explained my story to Nobuhle & Mankupi. I was promised a sms and a ref no, which I am still waiting for. I am locked into a R399 p.month contract with no service. I have spent hundreds of rands on prepaid airtime from another provider to get internet access. The callous attitude of 8ta staff left a bitter taste.
