TO MY SURPRISE FIRST MONTH THE CHARGED R4391.11 AS A ONCE OFF FEE AND WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT THAT THEY SAID THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND AS WELL THEY WILL DO A SERVICE REQUEST AND GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 24 HRS. TWO MONTHS LATER AND AFTER SPEAKING TO 5 TEAM LEADERS FROM DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS I.E. S'THEMBELO FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, KEITUMETSI FROM AFTER SALES, KHOMO FROM CANCELLATIONS, PRECIOUS FROM ONLINE UPGRADES AND PETRONELLA FROM ACCOUNTS AND COLLECTIONS. I STILL GET "WILL DO A SERVICE REQUEST AND EXCALLATE THE PROBLEM AND GET BACK TO YOU", IN THE MEAN TIME AM GETTING SMS'S ON HOW AM OWING AND MY LINE WILL BE DISCONNECTED.
