Today is the 27 November 2013. Just received an Sms from Mira Networks saying the following:
"Mira Networks received your request to unsubscribe. No Subscription was found. Mira Ref 2374399." Please explain this to me.
I want proof that I did subscribed to this services as I never delete my messages for work related purposes.
The statement send above is false I am am not accepting your response to this matter, the reply you posting is a normal standard message that you just alternate to the people changeing the details of the person.l
I am not accepting that the sms's that I received is a monthly reminder sms, as I only received those sms's and it was both on the same day, I only received an invitation and I never accepted this invitation.
I was at work at the time that you said that I did confirm my activation, I don't time to fool around at work with silly chat networks. So please explain this matter to me.
Clearly you have a problem in your company, due to the fact that all the people is complaining about your company, as at to date there is already 194 records of complaints, and I can say with confidence that you have not sorted out one of these complaints.
