The day in question 26 Nov '13 i can assure you that after half a day from the time of activation i haven't got anything done let alone open my e-mail accounts apparently the connection is at about 15Kbps yeah thats right Kbps and even drops to a mere Kbps, I'm on a 7.2 Mbps data connection and never encounter problems with my other reputable service providers. Now if its the kind of throttling you gonna do, i suggest you scrap off that '1Day Bundle' and go back to the drawing board or increase its price and give customers their moneys worth. We live in a generation where data usage is like your cup of coffee in the office 'its something your don't expect to run out off! '. Remember its about keeping your current subscriber happy and thus attracting more 'making the circle bigger' or losing the ones you have and thus losing potential ones. The ball is in your court but the problem with big cooperation's is you never learn. Now i would really appreciate it if i got my refund back. Not impressed!
