I am in a divorce and due to the fact that my husband has signing rights on my account a lot of money disappeared and my debit orders did not go through for MTN like it should have been. I am a very old client of MTN and never had complaints, but now that I have problems they treat me like a criminal. They completely blocked my phones and they promised that it would stey open for incoming calls and sms. I am more than willing to make arrangements for the payment of the arrears and I did spoke at Credit Control and are awaiting for an email so that I can make proper arrangements but nobody is coming to light. I even left three messages for the Credit Control department to phone me, because my cell numbers etc are very important to me, but nobody phones me back. The other day I was holding on for MTN from 13h00 until 14h18 for them to answer. I really wish a MANAGER can contact me so that I can sort out my problem as it is really very important to me PLEASE I BEG YOU...
