I called mtn on 808 opt yesterday to enquire about my insured phone that has been taken for repairs but they said i should call 083 123 6084, which i did and held on the line for more than 18 minutes not once but 11 times with no luck. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE AM I PAYING FOR???
