I called in to the Internet Service Centre for assistance with my ADSL. A gentleman with the name Bongani assisted me and I must say the service was excellent. He was patient at all times and spent exactly 26 minutes and 33 seconds on the phone with me to solve the problem. An employee in a million. Well done Telkom on appointing him. Really made my day :)
