Cannot get response for a new line

I spoke to Jacky Jacobs in the call centre for a new Line. After a long wait I was asked to supply a erf number (which no one in this area ever supplied because it is company grounds). I got a "type" of erf number and this I sent through to Jacky this morning. After numerous emails to her email that she gave me asking for an update I still havnt got one. I have been trying to get a telkom line installed for the last month but cannot even get through the application. I wish we did not have to use telkom...
