Reference number 3112603462..I have not been receiving SMS for 2 days..called call centre twice and went instore for help and had to do a SIM swop, STILL not working and called again only to be told someone will contact me tomorrow..not acceptable..I cannot send nor receive SMSs - the message is that "the requested facility not subscribed" this means that by not getting SMSs I cannot make payment not for my work account nor my private account! Please urgently resolve this! I find it unacceptable that after 3 calls and an instore visit this cannot be resolved!! Please sort!!! Very unhappy customer!!!
