FNB keeps on sending me spam SMSs, and there is no option to opt out. I received 11 in the last 3 months, and it's mostly about for example buying airtime, which I'm not interested in at all (don't have a prepaid SIM). I called the call centre about a month ago to opt out of all communications, and in the process disable my eBucks account (which I'm willing to do just to stop receiving the spam). The lady I spoke to was very helpful, and assured me I would not receive any more marketing communications. However, more than a month later, I'm still receiving these SMSs.
