3rd COMPLAINT
I was sold the YaClick service by Frik. He assured me that I would be getting my 10mb per second speed rain or shine. Due to it being a new American produced product. From the start we never received that 10mb speed. I was also assured by the original installer Frazer and the installer that had to move my dish (never showing up) Adeel that I was supposed to get the 10mb connection. The installer Frazer also left here with my contract never to return it.
With my previous complaint I demanded a refund, they have been investigating this for quite some time now only to tell me that my contract states that they can only guarantee me only 50% of my speed. This was not ever explained to me at the start, only just now when I decided to complain about this. I was to and mislead by the salesman and the installer from the start. Under the new consumer protection act I have a right to complain, cancel my contract and to hold them accountable for the money I have paid. Due to the fact that I was given false information about this service and that their "fine print" was never explained to me. They should own up to their representatives giving out false info for sale
